Challenge

Without a complete design inventory, duplicated frames and unclear mobile/desktop relationships could turn design-to-code into a sequence of local guesses.

Nahira approach

We defined an implementation map covering source-of-truth frames, responsive pairs, themes, reusable components, Flutter design-system needs and Laravel API requirements.

Delivery structure

The delivery model separates design audit from implementation and requires the user—not the execution team—to explicitly approve the selected source frames and maps.

Key decisions

The project has a clearer path from Figma evidence to a consistent Flutter frontend and Laravel backend without silently approving ambiguous design decisions.
